Nicole is a friendly and energetic Certified Hand Therapist with over 17 years experience as a physiotherapist in both private practice and at St. Boniface hospital. She has treated all types orthopaedic injuries during her career, but her main focus has been on the upper extremity (hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder) including treatment of: arthritis, sports injuries, fractures, trigger finger, repetitive strain, post-surgical care of tendons and ligaments, reconstructions and joint replacements, replants, amputations, and nerve injuries; compression and repairs.

During her tenure at St. Boniface hospital, Nicole worked directly with hand and wrist surgeons from St Boniface and Pan Am to develop rehabilitation protocols for many types of upper extremity surgeries

Nicole had the experience and privilege to co author three chapters in the WRHA Wound Care Guidelines for Therapists(not yet released).
